On 05th January, 2026, Hon'ble NCLT Amaravathi Bench has initiated Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and appointed Mr. Nethi Mallikarjuna Setty, as Resolution Professional (RP) of M/s Ramakrishna Housing Private Limited. Moratorium U/s 14 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code has been declared. Now the affairs, business, management and properties related to the Ramakrishna Housing Private Limited, would be managed by RP, as per IBC.

 

The RP shall be collecting claims from creditors and run the insolvency process.

Powers of the Board of Directors is suspended during CIRP and same is exercised by the RP.
